  Notes

  This road is still massively under construction; there is a lot of local controversy about finishing this highway. From other roads, you can see that it is almost finished, but there seem to be doubts that this road will ever be opened

  This might be the most beautiful road in the entire Interstate Highway System. What other road averages a scenic lookout every 3 miles? Ok it only is 3 miles long right now, but from what I could see from the unfinished part, the entire road should be amazing.
