Despite the number, this is a north-south Interstate.
This road is like an average between I-H1 and I-H3. I-H1 is a standard Interstate. It goes through cities, an airport, a stadium. It just looks like it could be in Florida or somewhere. I-H3 is this road that is what a Hawaii Interstate should be like. It cuts through a tropical forest and will eventually go through some mountains. It's worth the drive around the island to drive on the completed part. I-H2 is a hybrid. The poorly paved surface looks pretty normal by the Pearl City end, but the northern few miles have amazing foilage. It won't take your breath away, but it is quite nice.
